Create an Assignment
Assignments can be used for a broad range of scenarios ranging from a simple submission with feedback to more complex rubric based assessments of multiple criterias. Feedback can be given in different ways.
Select the course in which to create the Assignment
- Select Course
- Select Course instance
Create an Assignment
- Please read the article Create an assignment if you are new to the use of assignments
Assign Student evaluators
- Click on Student Evaluators and select Assignees
- Click on Switch to individual assignments then select the students that should do the assignment.
Once you switch to individual assignments, you can’t switch back
- In the Assignees list search and select your student evaluators by marking the checkbox to the left of the student.
If a student is missing from the list, please contact an administrator
- Click on Save and select Publish changes
If you try to Publish the assignment but gets warning about mandatory action, you may need to click on Edit Tags to see if any mandatory fields needs to be filled out
